Hike Around the Koppen

Flachau Centre - towards Hammerrain, left past the church - via highway overhead noise barrier to start of 'Weg der guten Wünsche' at path Nr. 32 on to mountain restaurant Sattelbauer - carry on path Nr. 73 towards Pertillbauer - Winterbauer - return to valley on path Nr. 31 - cross highway bridge, then left on meadow way - path Nr. 1 - along river Enns back to centre Flachau

You have two possibility for your lunch, Berggasthof Sattelbauer and Berggasthof Winterbauer.
The Sattelbauer you reach on your way up to the mountain and the Winterbauer on your way down.

The beautiful circular walk connects the two mountain restaurants Sattelbauer and Winterbauer. Furthermore you can enjoy at a snack the magnificant view.

Most of the way is an asphalt or gravel road. Anyway sturdy shoes are beneficial. If you want, you can take a pair of hiking sticks with you.

You can reach Flachau easily via the A10 Tauern motorway (exit 66) - from Salzburg. At the exit follow the sights in direction to the center.
